Simply add the country code and area code pre fixes to the number stored in the address book of your mobile.
If you are unable to return to the original vendor (perhaps because you purchased the phone while travelling to another city) you should be able to take it back to another vendor of the same brand or retail chain (e.g. if you purchased it in Optus Sydney you can still get help in Optus Brisbane).
Doro manufactures its products to high quality standards and we rigorously check quality in the manufacturing process. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault you should take the product back to the retailer or vendor you purchased it from, together with your receipt (proof of purchase).
Doro mobile phones sold in Australia via our authorised channels have a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. Other Doro products typically have a one year warranty. Please check with the vendor at the time of purchase.
